Exchange Policy

At Luxe Glow Co, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

Eligibility for Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for:

  • Incorrect items received
  • Damaged items upon delivery
  • Defective products

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their order.

Conditions for Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • Lace and packaging must remain intact
  • The item must be returned in its original condition

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Exchange Process

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a replacement item will be arranged where possible.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, an alternative solution may be offered.

Shipping Costs

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our side.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Worn wigs
  • Customized products
  • Clearance or sale items
