Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of hair and beauty products, refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Damaged item upon delivery
  • Defective product

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or returns on:

  • Worn wigs
  • Used hair products
  • Altered or customized items
  • Items damaged after delivery

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Shipping Costs
